Sabrix Announces Advisory Board

SAN RAMON, Calif. - March 16, 2004 — Sabrix, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise tax applications, today announced that it has formed an advisory board to augment its internal market development efforts, and to provide additional industry knowledge regarding the accounting, financial management, and tax compliance issues that global corporations currently face. The advisory board will work with the company's executive team to extend the company's position as the leader in enterprise tax software, and to provide strategic guidance that will help drive corporate and product initiatives.

The new advisory board is chaired by Steve L. Adams, president and CEO of Sabrix, and includes: Neil Rees, director, Global Trade, Agilent Technologies; Carol Rutlen, founder and CEO of ExpatEdge; and Will Yancey, Ph.D., CPA, a tax and audit consultant.

Advisory Board

Neil Rees. Mr. Rees is director, Global Trade for Agilent Technologies. For the last 18 years he has held various corporate tax management positions with Sterling Drug, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent where he is responsible for customs, export controls, and tax and trade applications. He is an expert in worldwide transaction tax compliance, strategy, and consulting. Rees is a member of the Chartered Institute of Tax (UK).

Carol Rutlen. Ms. Rutlen is a founder and CEO of ExpatEdge, a software company focusing on the unique needs of mobile employee. She has 25 years of public accounting experience and was the partner-in-charge of the PricewaterhouseCoopers in Palo Alto with overall responsibility for the expatriate practice in Northern California. Rutlen is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, California Society of CPAs, and the NewCEO Club. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events and has published articles on tax planning, compensation, and benefits.

Will Yancey. Dr. Will Yancey is an industry expert on tax and frequently consults on audit sampling and litigation support. He is known throughout North America for his work with accounting firms as well as for his university instruction on tax issues. Dr. Yancey is also a widely published author in major tax publications and a frequent presenter at industry tax events, including AICPA, COST, IPT, TEI, and World Research Group.

Individuals on the Sabrix advisory board participate as individual contributors and not as representatives of their respective organizations.
