Application Integration
The Sabrix solution can be integrated with all business applications with a simple XML interface over standard HTTP protocols. Sabrix provides several options for integrating to tax-dependent applications. The Integration products are available for tax integration with well-known ERP software applications, such as SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite. The Sabrix Integration Toolkit for Java is also available to enable integration with virtually any application in need of transaction tax determination and calculation. Using the Integration products, both standard tax data elements and customer-specific transaction data elements are passed from the business application to Sabrix hosted tax service for tax determination and calculation. All tax determination and calculation logic resides within Sabrix hosted tax service — embedded tax or calculation logic is never developed or maintained within the Integration products, which act as data transport and mapping mechanisms only.
