Eric Ruud
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Eric Ruud reports to the CEO and is responsible for the development of strategic, revenue-generating partnerships with major software and services providers. He has 25+ years of industry experience working with global 2000 companies and in solving their business problems with enterprise software solutions. Eric joined Sabrix in 2002, and built the initial enterprise field sales team that enabled the company to achieve record growth in the transaction tax marketplace. In addition to the field sales team at Sabrix, Eric has led the enterprise professional services team, the Sabrix Partner Network, and other strategic partnering initiatives.
Prior to joining Sabrix, Eric was with Extensity, a leading provider of ERM (employee relationship management) solutions. During his four year tenure at Extensity, he held the titles of Senior Vice President of International Operations and Vice President of Worldwide Sales. He was responsible for growing revenue from $0 to over $25 million and signing over 300 customers.
Prior to joining Extensity, Eric served as Sales Director at Documentum, a provider of document and content management, where he was a key player in the early growth of their sales organization. Mr. Ruud has also held sales management roles at Sybase, Xerox, and System Industries.
Mr. Ruud has a B.S in Organizational Communications from the University of Utah.
