Enterprise-class Transaction Tax Reporting and Analysis Supports Achieving Compliance with Confidence

SAN RAMON, CA – June 4, 2009 – Sabrix, Inc., a leading provider of transaction tax management for companies of all sizes, today announced that through an OEM agreement with SAP, Sabrix Managed Tax Service™ (MTS), an outsourced transaction tax compliance service, will deliver best-of-breed, on-demand reports powered by SAP® BusinessObjects™ business intelligence (BI) and information management (IM) solutions.

This cooperation builds on Sabrix’s existing relationship with SAP as a software solution partner participating in the SAP PartnerEdge™ program.  Now finance and tax professionals from companies of all sizes will benefit from Sabrix MTS combined with SAP BusinessObjects BI and IM solutions. SAP BusinessObjects BI and IM solutions offer customers flexible reporting and data visualization options, based on a foundation of consistent, accurate data. Sabrix MTS integrated with SAP BusinessObjects BI and IM solutions will provide enterprise-class transaction tax reporting and analysis capabilities, including the option to create custom reports.  In addition, users will have the ability to delve into audit and return data for a granular view into transaction tax details as well as access analytic tools for improved decision making and increased business intelligence.

Sabrix MTS seamlessly integrates with a company’s existing accounting and e-commerce systems, and, similar to outsourced payroll services, operates as a trusted extension of a company’s finance department to address tax compliance from start to finish: address validation, tax rate maintenance, tax determination and calculation, returns preparation and filing as well as audit research and documentation.
